Return Policy

If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at info@kiddlytoes.com.

We’ll gladly accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, and unwashed, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item. Please complete the form on this page to start your return. At this time, customers will be responsible for return shipping.

*Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

 ALL SWIMWEAR IS FINAL SALE.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will follow up with an email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If you choose a refund by gift card, you will receive an email with a gift card to be used for any future purchase(s). This gift card can be used immediately.

If you choose a refund to credit/debit card, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within 5 business days. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if this return is a result of our error. Please complete the form on this page to start the process.

Items Bought Using Discount Code

If the item was bought using a special discount code, they are only eligible for store credit. These items also must be returned within 14 days.

*Any items returned that do not fall into the categories listed above that are nevertheless authorized or any other authorized returns that fall outside of the policy guidelines for whatever reason may be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee, and the total of this fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
